Body Balance is the process of realignment into a state of physical, mental, emotional improvement and balance.  It is the healthy improvements and realignment needed because of illness, injury, trauma and/or a sustained period of stress.  Body Balance is accomplished in many ways, for example: adequate sleep, self-care, prevention, bioenergetics, energy work, relaxation methods, herbalism, and detox.  Lastly, the mind-body connection and the power of the mind plays a vital role in Body Balance.
