Movement
Movement is any form of movement from walking, gardening, stretching, breath work, as well as creative outlets. Movement is also various types of exercise, hobbies, sports and/or outdoor activities. It is not just a gym workout or a 3 mile run, but it includes breath work as well as creative outlets like painting, playing music for example.
